Wild Yam Hormone Balancing Cream

TRADITIONALLY USED IN WESTERN HERBAL MEDICINE TO RELIEVE MENSTRUAL PAIN AND SPASMS AND HELP REDUCE OCCURRENCE OF MENOPAUSAL SYMPTOMS.
 

Directions: 

For external use only. As directed massage well into chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, inner arms & thighs, these are areas of the body where the cream is particularly well absorbed. Select one location for each application.                                       

Dosages:                                    

For Menstrual Discomfort: Start on Day 12 to 20 with 1/4 small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then Day 21 to 28 with 1/2 a small teaspoon am & pm.
 

For Menopause: Start on Day 7 with 1/4 of a small 2.5ml teaspoon am & pm then as above creating a new cycle if necessary. Continue for 21 days, take a break and start new cycle on your day 1

Men: use a 1/4 teaspoon size daily or nightly without breaking in between.

NB: Day 1 is always the start of your period.

How long should you use Wild Yam Cream?

We recommend using Wild Yam Cream regularly (as per instructions) for 2-3 months minimum for optimum results.

We expect Wil Yam Hormone Balancing Cream would help relieve menstrual pain and spasms during the second cycle. Women experiencing the occurrence of menopausal symptoms should also be helped during the second month, some menopausal women may need three months.

Wild Yam cream contains Phyto sterol nutrients and no manmade hormones and can be used for Menstrual pain and spasms and for the occurrence of Menopausal symptoms as long as you wish. We would expect your discomforts to have disappeared during the first three months.
